Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Contact alfiehugs2007@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once approved.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. UK delivery takes 12–19 days (Standard) or 9–16 days (Express). EU delivery takes 12–19 days (Standard) or 9–16 days (Express). US delivery takes 7–14 days (Standard). Free standard shipping available. Import duties may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
Manufacturing
Our products are produced on-demand through our fulfilment partner Tapstitch. Each piece is made to order, ensuring quality and reducing waste. Production is factored into your delivery estimate.
White joggers done right are rare. Too thin and they're impractical. Too stiff and they lose the point. These hit the balance — the fleece-backed cotton gives them structure and softness at the same time. Wear them to the gym, wear them on a Sunday, wear them like you meant it. The white colour keeps it clean; the fit does the rest.
