We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Contact alfiehugs2007@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once approved.

Our products are produced on-demand through our fulfilment partner Tapstitch. Each piece is made to order, ensuring quality and reducing waste. Production is factored into your delivery estimate.
