Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at alfiehugs2007@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 72 hours.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at alfiehugs2007@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
