All items at Hughes Defined. are made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin production on the next working day. Holidays are excluded from processing times.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after your dispatch notification. For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@hughesdefined.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 72 hours.
